Long-Term Rental 

Blaze Car Rentals offers special terms for customers seeking long-term vehicle rentals exceeding one month. Please review the following conditions carefully before proceeding with a long-term rental.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Long-term rentals are available to customers who meet the general rental requirements as stated in our standard terms and conditions.

1.2. Additional documentation, such as proof of residence or employment, may be required for long-term rental agreements.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A long-term rental agreement must be arranged in advance through our office, phone, or email.

2.2. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rental cost is required at the time of booking.

2.3. Monthly payments must be made in advance. Late payments may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

2.4. Prices for long-term rentals are subject to discounts based on the duration of the agreement and the vehicle category.

3. Vehicle Maintenance

3.1. Blaze Car Rentals will cover routine maintenance and servicing for the rented vehicle.

3.2. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is regularly checked (e.g., oil levels, tire pressure) and promptly reporting any issues.

3.3. Negligence in maintaining the vehicle may result in additional charges.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. Long-term rentals include basic third-party liability insurance as required by law.

4.2. Optional insurance upgrades, such as collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection, are available for an additional cost.

4.3. The renter is responsible for damages or losses not covered by the insurance policy.

5. Vehicle Usage

5.1. The vehicle must only be used within the agreed geographic area as specified in the rental agreement.

5.2. The renter is prohibited from subleasing or lending the vehicle to third parties.

5.3. Mileage limits for long-term rentals may apply. Additional charges will be incurred for exceeding the agreed mileage cap.

6. Fuel Policy

6.1. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel.

6.2. The renter’s responsible for maintaining adequate fuel levels and returning the vehicle with a full tank at the end of the agreement.

6.3. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank.

7. Cancellation and Early Termination

7.1. Cancellations made before the start of the rental period are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

7.2. Early termination of a long-term rental agreement must be communicated in writing at least 14 days in advance.

7.3. Any unused rental period will be refunded minus a processing fee, provided the vehicle is returned in good condition.

8. Extensions

8.1. The renter may request an extension of the rental period by contacting Blaze Car Rentals at least 7 days before the end of the agreement.

8.2. Approval of extensions is subject to vehicle availability and payment of additional rental fees.
